America vs. "The Rest of the World"

At the risk of sounding unpatriotic, I think that America is far inferior to the rest of what we used to call the First World. Even many upstart countries in Asia are creeping past the USA in many/most ways that matter; "quality of life". Take mass-transit; America has almost none of it. New York City is the only local heavy rail system worth a damn in the country. Inter-regional rail basically doesn't exist anymore. A tourist without a car in America is not a tourist, but a stranded foreigner.
Why is this? Why is America so far behind despite being so wealthy? I have slowly realized that it is because of multiracialism. Multiracialism has sapped people's initiative to make drives towards general improvements. OTOH, countries that are monoethnic can and do invest in general improvements.
It's disincentivized to work to improve things in Multiracialism. Who wants to invest tons of money if it all benefits non-kin. So people hunker down, look out for themselves, instead of being driven to improve things. (Also, most white people are very uncomfortable riding mass transit for racial reasons. 18 or 19 out of 20 riders on many Bus lines are nonwhite; I sure as hell was uncomfortable when I used to ride the bus on a daily basis.) So nothing gets built. The wealth exists in the USA to make intercontinental Maglev a reality by the 2020s, but it won't happen. Because of multiracialism.
The solution is to get rid of multiracialism. Ethnocultural self-determination. So that people can feel connected to their society again. All else will follow.
