I don't know, Ternopil is not located in Carpathians, can really be a person with some recent foreign ancestry like the atypcial person with 13% mongoloid from Chernivtsi Oblast.

Now that I think about it, the individual with acenstors from the town of Lipcani could have some distant Tatar ancestry, given how he scores 4% in East Asian/Siberian components. But it might also be a coincidence.

As for me, high Baltic and low North-Atlantic means that in hunters component there is only EHG and no WHG.

Vahaduo won't create an average from several samples. I personally copy them in Excel and run the average(cell:cell) function on each column.
