Very true. Caucasus Jews have clearly absorbed more CHG-rich populations over time. Bukharians seem to be almost like Iranian converts or something along those lines. Iranian Jews w/ Iranian admixture etc. I think only Iraqi Jews seems to have retained most of their ancient Babylonian/Mesopotamian profile but then again, we have yet to excavate any ancient Mesopotamian samples so I'm only speculating.Quote:
