Kurdish Jews are a subgroup of Mizrahi Jews who have lived in the modern day Kurdistan region of Iraq for thousands of years. Persian (Iranian) Jews differ from ancient Babylonian Jews, therefore they aren't identical and interchangeable. All mizrahi jews have a common babylonian Jewish ancestry, but all of them attained different admixtures in different quantities.

Very true. Caucasus Jews have clearly absorbed more CHG-rich populations over time. Bukharians seem to be almost like Iranian converts or something along those lines. Iranian Jews w/ Iranian admixture etc. I think only Iraqi Jews seems to have retained most of their ancient Babylonian/Mesopotamian profile but then again, we have yet to excavate any ancient Mesopotamian samples so I'm only speculating.
