Southeast: Exactly. Masalli region for example. But I heard Turks from there are mostly from Mugan/Moghan too. Actually most people from Ardabil are Moghanli too, maybe it's best to lump them all into one category.
Central: all other regions that didn't fit into the other categories. It was more referring to the middle of the Republic rather than Araz.
North: Didn't included Dagestan, as they have an own average. Other than that the whole North except the Northwest. (I don't have much results from Northeast so it's basically from around Zaqatala and Qabala.

Arab. Half Egyptian half Syrian? Doesn't halabi mean from Aleppo?

I see. How many samples do you need in order to create a viable average? Is there a rule of thumb?
I have seen, including here, several Azeri samples from north-east. One was a guy(Musayev I think) from Quba who had NE=16%, there is also a person from Khachmaz with NE=13%.
In the beginning of this thread I shared a result with high Gedrosia. I think that person was a mix between Gabala and Khachmaz.

What do you do with unusual results? Couple of pages before you shared a result from Tartar, Karabakh which looked very much like it was a mix with Kurdish(SW Asia too high). In Azeri DNA project there were some discussions about this result.
Do you think there is any point in creating a Kurdish_Azerbaijan average too?:) There is one for Adyge after all )

a) I don't include samples if I know they have mixed background
B) around 10 samples is preferred, +5 minimum
c) I don't have Kurdish results from Azerbaijan so I can't make an average anyway

Dunno. That Musayev fellow(he is not mixed) was very similar to Dagestani and Zagatala Azeris, so I see no problem in including him (and 13% from Khachmaz that mentioned) in Azerbaijani_North.
Unfortunately, 2 does not make 5)) So when we have enough samples, we can create a separate category for that region.
Anyway, it is probably not correct to include them in any region other than the North. Can I have a look at your spreadsheet?

I see. Azeri-Turkic DNA group shared a Kurdish result from Kalbajar awhile ago. His first pop was Kurdish too.
