I think he is kind of an outlier, it is unlikely that on average they are that distinct from the rest of the Albanians.

Yes, maybe they will be something like the "Greek Western Thrace" on your PCA, when more results are added. But it's hard to say until we get more results from them.

9.23 of Baltic component is exremely low for Balkans indeed. But we need more samples from such people to have a proper knowledge.

Some groups like Tsakonians and Maniots can have low Baltic like this, but they usually have more East Med/Islander shift.
I guess he's an atypical member of one of those groups.

The "Western Thrace" sample is Laconian ,same as the guy whose coords you posted.

Btw the most Italic/Paleobalkan(High NA and relatively lower baltic compared to other Balkaners with high NA) shifted people are found in Greece ,there probably exist many areas with such profiles.

Either there's a substrate like Logas02 or it's an Arvanite profile which for some reason differs to most Albanians.

It looks like these are low quality versions from the reich_HO dataset. I think those which are missing in the current list should be added, but they should be replaced by higher quality versions in the future. I'll try to merge the sheets today.

Although I do not consider myself an experienced user, let me express my opinion. If they are taken from HO_public - then they are different from 1240K.public samples. This applies even to good quality samples.

I removed duplicate samples, unecessary suffixes like .brother, .sister, .SG, and low qualitiy samples from Komintasavalta's sheet, and replaced HO samples with 1240k where available.
These can be added if everybody agrees.

No more waiting for my updates! I took those sheets using some code on website directly from pastebin.

So for K13 ancient average and individuals vbknethio now how the POWERS to edit sheets directly in Pastebin and changes are visible on page in the same time:)

New page for K13 Ancient individual (doesn't matter sheet is in two parts I added simply two codes lol...)

Pohansko samples aren't published yet, I think Davidski got them exclusively for G25.
this is the average of that old one which is very western shifted, and another low quality one which is more Slavic.

Yes, it is enough. It is connected now.
Now in the future you can log in and edit this paste for new refs and it will be automaticaly changed on k13 website.
