I double checked it now and there is no error in 3D version. It is indeed like that when scaling is disabled. I performed pca with prcomp function in R (prcomp(data01[,1:13],scale. = FALSE, center = TRUE)). But when scaling is enabled, it looks closer to 2D version of PCA. Also with Firefox browser it is easier to manipulate the 3D plot.Quote:

The English sample is probably SouthEast English and Orcadian is Celtic with a heavy dose of Norwegian viking. This probably puts me anywhere from the Liverpool to NorthCumbria region I would guess or perhaps the very southWest of Cornwall. It is hard to tell without more British samples so I am a bit disorientated with this all, anyway, it is clear I am extremely British isles regardless :
