Lol Albanians are not immigrants to Serbia or Kosovo but ancient historical people who live there. As for London, yeah there are lots of Albanians there, but I don't know a lot, I live in London I meet more Albanians from Albania, than Albanians from
Kosovo, and not to mention that most Albanians from Albania are written as Kosovo-Albanians in the UK.
