if you want to clean floors then you shouldn't set your expectations too high. Also, when you move out of a 3rd world country into a 1st world country you shouldn't expect a good job unless you happen to have a high degree and good english. Also, even long hours/low wages must seem like heaven compared to whatever hellhole they cam from. Some immigrants eventually outgrow the "long hours/low wages" step of their new life, and some do not. The cream rises in milk = russian saying

The ideal would be none at all but that's obviously never going to work since most people are greedy assholes and our world is too overpopulated.
After that my ideal would be national liberalism with direct democracy. That seems almost as far away from becoming reality as the first one though.
