No, they just look alike :

There is like 80+% of various shades of light eyes among ethnic Slovenes here, far beyond what any other South Slavic country if we neglect relatively small sample. Slovenians are West Slavs in denial imo. Btw good looking people and so I have heard.

Some look very South Slavic especially Serbian, some appear Western European.

I know Slovenes are light compared to other Balkan negroes but you really reach enviable percent of light eyes/hair here.
