She is pigmented but facially could be Welsh or Irish, in which case she could be like a Paleoatlantid.

I agree. I noticed that her face seemed to have a British Isles look. I think it is best illustrated in the second picture. In that picture she reminds me of a "dark" Welsh type.

Yes, I can see that. Spears is English and Maltese right? That mix of Med/Atlantic features could be similar to Raquel del Rosario I suppose. When I first saw pics of del Rosario I instantly thought she was a "dark" Brit. I was surprised to see that she was Spanish.
