    Default Family members/Relatives in Your Language

    Yeah tell all words are used for family members, relatives in your language.

    Father = Baba
    Mother = Anne

    Daughter/Son = We use "çocuk/evlat" for them, çocuk = kid/child

    Grandfather = Dede or Büyükbaba
    Grandmother = Mother's mother = Anneanne (Anane) // Father's mother = Babaanne (Babane)

    Sister/Brother = Kardeş (If we want to specify she/he is girl or boy we use these words, Kız kardeş, Erkek kardeş kız=girl, erkek=boy)
    Elder sister = Abla
    Elder brother = Ağabey (Abi = We use this when can him in daily life)

    Aunt = Mother's sister = Teyze // Father's sister = Hala
    Uncle = Mother's brother = Dayı // Father's brother = Amca

    Cousin = Kuzen
    Nephew/Niece = Yeğen

    Grandson/daughter = Torun

    Mother in law = Kayınvalide
    Father in law = Kayınbaba
    (But people call them anne/baba )

    Bride = Gelin
    Groom = Damat
    Mother/father in law can use these words in daily life for words, "daughter/son in law". Example she is my gelin/damat.

    Uncle's or brother's wife = Yenge
    Aunt's or sister's husband = Enişte

    If you are man, your wife's sister = Baldız, brother = Kayınbirader or Kayınço, your wife's sister's husband = Bacanak
    If you are woman, your husband's sister = Görümce, your husband's brother's wife = Elti
