They are the ones who LOOK the most European on average, but doesn't a big portion of their population have Native American genes? Wouldn't Puerto Rico, Argentina or maybe southern Brazil have more pure European genes on average?

No Puerto Rico is a very mixed population, not many pure euros. Colombia is probably whiter than PR.

Argentina and south Brazil have many millions of pure euros but are percentually less than Uruguay.

I would imagine in numbers it would probably be Argentina as they received the largest number of European immigrants, so that by 1895 one-fourth of the country was foreign born. With the exception of the northern provinces, most of the country had a large number of European immigrants prior by 1914. Additionally, in the immediate aftermath of World War II, Argentina attracted the largest number of European immigrants in Latin America.

Percentage wise I would guess Uruguay as half of the country was foreign-born by 1860, the majority of these having been born in Europe. It also continued to receive a large number of European immigrants in proportion to its size until the 1950s.

After Argentina would be Brazil, during the colonial period a huge number of Portuguese migrated to Brazil, with their absolute numbers being larger than the number of Spaniards going to the Americas, however these were overwhelmingly male and even in the 18th century when this immigration hit a peak only around one-fifth were females, meaning that most men had offspring with someone of a mixed background. The one exception being from the Azores, these settlers were recruited as families and the male to female ratio was almost equal, and many of these families were settled in Southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina). At its peak in 1900, around 6% of Brazil was foreign-born, most of these having been born in Europe, but this ratio was much smaller than either Argentina or Uruguay.

Venezuela also attracted a large number of European immigrants in the late 1940s and 1950s, but at their peak the number of foreign-born Europeans numbered just under 400,000 in 1961, or around 5% of the population. Additionally, there seems have a been a large number of emigration of European descended individuals out of the country in recent years.

Uruguay for sure has the most pure whites, and by decent margin too.
