    One of my teachers is in his 30s and still has a living grandma.

    My great grandma lived to her 90s, she had multiple grandchildren like my father who was in his 40s when she died.

    Yes, I was about 8 or 9 years old when she died.

    I've known three of my great-grandparents. My great-grandfather passed away in 1999 and his wife in 2004. Another great-grandmother died in 2009 when my father was almost 50.
