Genetically talking I'd say that +70% Euro by DNA are around 75% of the population, while +90% Euro are around 40% of the population.
Based on most DNA studies included public ones and which people have taken in 23andme, Ancestry, Familitreedna, and what we can see on Gedmatch.

I wouldn't be surprised if Guatemala is more racially, and ethnically, aware compared to other Latin American countries.

I don't believe any Latin American country in the Caribbean and Southern cone will come close since just about everyone in those countries are culturally the same basically. Maybe Bolivia, Peru, and Chiapas?
But do you feel that there is some tension between both grpups?

yeah many areas of california (especially around san francisco) got richer with higher incomes, schools/education/test scores improved due to the white flight and influx of asian (mostly chinese and indian) immigrants.

Def Brazil. Go to southern Brazil, then go to central then northern Brazil, very diverse, thus racial integration isn't as well as let say here in Dominican Rep.. in Puerto Rico, etc where everyone is literary seen as that they are, puerto rican, dominican...

ummm ^^ prob really rural whites from German, Polish, Hungarian and Mennonites like those, because Brazilians are really proud of who they are.. But yeah in big cities I wouldn't doubt that, but we gotta count the nation as a whole

I voted for my country(Peru). Now probably other Peruvians disagree with me. However, I do think our country racism and discrimination is normalized, which I don't think is the case in other countries. Like if you called someone racial slurs people and not face social consequences. I've seen people saying, "Serranos' or "Cholos" with the aim of disrespecting and not as a term of enderment. However, some Peruvians will deny this and say, "It's not big deal." However, I do think many of the social ailments that affect Peru also affect other Latin America countries.
