What exactly makes someone an incel?

Yea they often times are stud athletes I am honestly shocked a lot more of them don't play in the big leagues, their dedication and clean nosed lifestyle puts them at a great advantage to a lot of these drugged out pussified pro athletes.

One of my best friends is like a year younger than I am and is still basically a virgin. I don't really think of him as an incel but for all intensive porpoises that's what he is... I'm not entirely sure what his issue is though. He's a normal American white guy, normal social life, normal jobs, played sports in high school... His only real physical "flaw" is that he is pretty short (5'8" or so)

I think he just lacks confidence, which is why he's almost closer to a standard cel than an incel... He really doesn't even try to find hookups or hit on girls.

Physically?

- 20-25 and under 5'6
- Nonwhite particularly Asian
- Balding
- Facially ugly, talking below 3/10
- Fat

Personality wise?

- Being genuinely autistic or just socially retarded
- Having a shitty and negative outlook on life
- Being too shy to make a move

That's only in terms of the west. The physical stuff can maybe be overcome by having an attractive personality but if you have everything on both lists you have no chance at all. Incel just means involuntary celibate or someone who wants to get laid but can't for whatever reason, it's been morphed into some buzzword by weirdos on the internet. There are a load of men who are more than attractive enough to get laid but are just too socially awkward and shy, the latter is something that can be changed though

Blaming others for your celibacy makes you an incel. Pornography, films and the decline of religion are the main reasons, I believe.

5'8 isn't that short, I have seen real short dudes who were getting it left and right. Really about personality. Maybe he has problems under the surface you don't know about.

Idk about fundamentalist upbringing. Most religious youth who want to get laid, just rebelled in my day. I knew muslims chicks and guys and mormons who forsook their upbringing and just did whatever they wanted.

Also I can understand how some guys want "pure" women, I think every guy especially when they are young go through that phase. But as you get older I think your idealizations about women change as you care less about what your peers think of you. Just something I have noticed about incels, they tend to think more about their own image than being actually happy and relating to someone.

I heard that jehovah´s witness children have a hard time when they come out to the "real world", with children from secluded anabaptist communities must be even harder.
I wonder if in the future the children of gay couples and progressive families will have similar problems dealing with the real word outside of their bubbles.

Jehovahs Witnesses are all pretty fucked up, I find them to be weird; anyone who says you can't defend yourself is not normal in my book. Anabaptist's can be fucked up too, but there are a lot of good people in their communities and pretty normal. I have conversed with Amish and Mennonites. They aren't completely like they are portrayed and Amish have the option to leave the community before they are baptized unlike the Jehovah's Witnesses who are more or less stuck in the church.

If you look at the body languaje of the guy in the minute 07:00, you can tell they don't feel very comfortable dealing with people outside their religious comunity.
