I think whites in US have higher crimes rates than European whites as well and would have them if US was fully white.

Poor, adventurous, risk taking and more tough Europeans emigrated to new world, some were criminals too.
Europeans who stayed in Europe were less poor, less prone to take risk, less adventurous and I would say less violent as well.

I think that the most violent all-white parts of the US (Southern/Appalachian bandit country) have a crime rate similar to Finland, the Baltics or the Balkans?

But other all-white parts of the US like the rural North (mostly German and Scandinavian) are very peaceful, safe, and civilised,
with hardly any murders or violence.
