I don't deny presence of high IQ blacks. But their percentage in overall population is much lower than that of whites, and it isn't due to slavery. It's genetic. Just like black men run faster than white men. Also genetics.

They inherit the low IQ of their parents and peers/ghetto/school system, it might be environmental, I don't know.

What if a healthy black baby was taken from his or her dysfunctional parents at birth,
