The Last Jedi. It was totally different from the other Star Wars movies. I didn't like the new interpretation of the Jedi and the force. But I'm hopeful & waiting for the next movie.

Marrowbone (2017). Wasnøt half bad. The Spanish sure know how to make ghost movies (The Others, The Devil's Backbone). Beautiful cinematography and compelling plot with a clever twist.

The Void - a practical effects galore horror film with a standard story, but again, the practical effects!
It's like a gender swapped The Descent, or perhaps horror oriented Deliverance.It'd be better just to watch either of those instead.
