Distinguishing between some of the color schemes, in order to ascertain the actual ethnicity, is challenging. I believe these two lines represent my parents. The top would be my mother (plenty of East English, which possibly could substitute for German as well, since there is no German category). the bottom is my father, with a large Ukrainian segment.

The large segments are easier to distinguish. It's those small segments, which may be interesting regarding one's ancestry, that are sometimes hard to distinguish.
