I follow the instructions and get this message:

Incompatible number of rows between the two selections. Please make sure the selections have the same number of rows. If there are missing data at the end of the selection, you should use the range selection mode instead of the columns selection mode. Please modify the selection.

Not quite sure what it means.

Do you use a "," or "." in for your numerical values? You must use "," for them.

It's ok it turned out i just forgot to put in an extra row somewhere. I made a PCA from EUtest with just my family, looks alright, but will need to look for other's results to add!

Shame it doesn't have all the numbers, am looking through this thread now to find the individual results.

I have quite a few on the list now, i'm including everybody i find, should be weird and interesting. Amerinese might be in his own camp though i think.
