Who do you think Bulgarians resemble more, Slovenes or Sicilians?

Basically they look like other Bulgarians...with a bit more northern influence. They resemble most Serbs out of all foreigners.

I was gonna vote Slovenes, but then I'm not really so sure how Sicilians look... can someone post pictures of some Sicilian music bands for example? And Twitch and me could post some Bulgarian and Slovene ones for comparision.

The first group looks Central European, the second Balkan. Sicilians look Med/West Asian.

Well, no I don't know... Sicilians posted on TA seem to be mostly pics of random people from facebook, and to me it might be hard to tell if people posted are of a typical or a exotic look for Sicilians standards.

As I said, I don't know how Sicilians look like, so I can't know how representative those pics are. That's why I asked for some pics, preferably of bands (because then we can be sure if people included are all Sicilians).

Sikeliot posted thousands of people and from what I have seen from Facebook (I have zero experience with Sicilians IRL) the pics he posts seem representative.

I found two football teams from Licata, Southern Sicily. They play in Seria D, so probably most footballers are locals.

Of course there are some Slovenes with Balkan phenotype.

This is the most famous Slovene in Bulgaria at the moment, Roman Bezjak.



He, however, looks quite different from Bulgarian footballers in the team he plays.

Well I am Bulgarian and I resemble the Slovenians and I do not look even 1% Sicilian.

Most people have no clue how Slovenes look, and yett offer us their opinions. There are woggy, Slovenes, of course somewhat rare, but still there are (Tanja Fajon for example). About Zahovič, I think he is mutt (half Bosniak). And Slovenes are not German/Hungarian admixed, as much as some people think here. Anyway, I dont know, Slovenes are lighter than Bulgarians and rest fo South Slavs, but I dont really think Sicilians could have any overlap with any South Slavic group. Location, climate, gennetic... everything is different.
