Does it make a difference if the oracle 4 results are entered instead of the original one? Because for me and my aunt's results I added the oracle 4 results unintentionally. Should I change it with the original one? or maybe it doesn't matter much because the difference is very slight.

You should add normal versions not Oracle 4, PCA/MDS exaggerates the smallest differences by its nature..
