    Dude no. Dowload the file - upload to google docs - click on it - data - pivot table report - rows - add field - maternal haplogroup - uncheck show totals - values - add field - maternal haplogroup - summarize by countA

    Repeat with Paternal haplogroup.

    Seriously it's way easy.
