I don't know my body fat to be honest, I don't trace it, neither my calories intake. I have 1.80 m and my weight is 86 kg, that's all I know
Weight gain comes from consuming too many calories though, not carbs and most of us require some level of carbohydrates to function at our best over the long term. I believe you are not going to be on a diet for the rest of your life, so how will you make your low-carb diet sustainable if it doesn't give you optimal nutrition? Low-energy will lead to more hunger, more hunger will lead to more stress and more chances of eating what you shouldn't.

1) Cutting carbs cuts caloric intake because carbs usually contain the most calories (except for fat).
2) Carbs only give you energy they don't build up your muscles. It's better to get your energy from the proteins. It give you a lower caloric intake in total.
3) It's still healthier to eat vegetables than to eat pasta or rice.
4) I've been on this diet for at least a year so yes I believe I will be on this diet for the rest of my life. But sure once a month you can reward yourself with some complex carbs. You can even have a low or no sugar desert once in a while. But for everyday life this is the diet that you need to keep to be slim as a woman.
5) The low energy goes away after a while once your body gets used to the diet. My body has become so unused to carbs that I've become gluten intolerant. That means I can't eat wheat any more.
