What has the US gained from being the world' s police? Nothing but whiny bitching from our 'allies.' We've paid far more than our share. My stance is ' if it's your problem, then you deal with your problem.' Econominally inefficient nations collapse in on themselves and so there is no need to meddle. Look at Vietnam.
