I have respect for this man. A true American. Has a good point.

That's what true conservatives like Pat Buchanan and Jim Traficent had been saying all along. A war with Iran will create a chain of catastrophe for both sides. The neocon Jews, who were responsible in getting the Americans to war against Iraq, don't give a flying fuck about gentiles in both sides killing each other since it's not their own children who are fighting these wars on Israel's behalf.

I recall seeing this video years ago. He makes the usual dreamy leftist assertions of American hypocrisy and talks about Iran's rights and sovereignty.
Now, while those arguments are valid in themselves, there is a problem: they are out of touch with the way the world really works.
The way the world really works is all about power, i.e. the big fish bully the little fish. America is a big fish - the big fish, in fact - so it can get away with being a hypocrite and breaking rules. Furthermore, America has the power to enforce the same rules it breaks against weaker fish like Iran. It also has the power to gobble up the little fish if it so chooses. And who's going to stop it? The UN? The rest of the P5+1? Iran?
The thing about these leftists is that they appeal to hypocrisy only when it suits them. When it comes to the way the world really works, they also know very well, because we see how communists act when they actually get into power. They are the worst of the worst. Iran is living through its Stalinist phase now.

War with Iran would be a catastrophe for Iran, but while it would also be a catastrophe for thousands of American people and families, I don't think it would be a catastrophe for the United States of America as a nation. It could mean a few thousand more dead soldiers, a few more trillion of debt, but the American machine would just keep going. The two countries are not equals and the suffering and outcomes for each would be nowhere near equal.

US bullied niggers/sandmen with AKs. When it comes to fulfilling "or else" in Kim's case US seem back down. Which would encourage any "rogue" state to develop WMD, because it provides 100% defense against democracy and freedom no matter what you do. Gaddafi got stick in the ass for far far less crimes. Same goes for post Gulf War Saddam, who was punished already for invading Kuwait and did nothing bad afterwards, yet got rope around his neck.

I dislike the way he said "Are you kidding me?".
