Tocharians were small farming communities along rivers banks of upper Tarim Basin. Ironically, it is more Mongoloid leaning northern Uyghurs who might have some Tocharian blood. Tocharian language was likely dead, and did not exist several centuries prior to the relocation of Uighurs replaced by Sogdian and Turkic. Uyghurs also absorbed thousands of Han Chinese settlers who were living in urban areas since Han times. Uyghurs likely absorbed more Sogdians than Tocharians. It is recorded and documented by Uighur Idiqut (Qocho) authorities, 9-13th centuries.
Proto-Turks were predominantly Mongoloid but not as Mongoloid as today's inhabitants of eastern Steppes. Mongol invasions of 13th century changed demographics and phenotypes. Even medieval Uighurs who adopted a rational policy of negotiated submission did not escape additional Mongol element/intermixing, 14-16 centuries. Impact on Han Chinese was minor due to their massive population since ancient times.
Maybe this girl from Korla is partly of Tocharian descent, who knows.
