Default MyHeritage result for the most "Greek" of Sicilian results yet:

This person is 1/4 Arbereshe which might increase the Greek, from Piana degli Albanesi, Palermo province. The rest is from Altofonte, along the coast right near Palermo.

This person is HALF Sicilian from Montedoro in Caltanissetta (inland area) and then half French, English colonial American.

Is Cyprus included in MyHeritage's "Greek"? I didn't know this, because Albanians also score a lot of Greek, sometimes 90% on there.

if so it explains why Greek mainlanders are scoring a lot of Balkan (because Cyprus is too Levant-shifted for them) and why that Palermitan person is scoring little MENA.

Yes, look clearly on that map, Cyprus is included with Greece. Raine only scores 15% Balkan on my heritage, and that isn't a lot. As I have said before, these DNA tests include multiple components under the "Greek" label and other labels, not just one.

Myheritage might, but 23andme uses mainland Greeks only.

When is myheritage going to add 'albanian' to their ethnicity results. You even see kosovo albanians score like 90+ percent Greek. Make two separate ethnicities or call it Greek-Albanian. Considering the top person is 1/4 arbereshe thats the reason he/she scored more Greek.
    GenePlaza K29 Admix : 90.8% Greek-Albanian

    23andme v5 : 99.8% Balkan

    DNA.LAND : 100% Balkan

    K36 Using 1 population approximation:
    1 Kosovo @ 10,443345 2 Albanians_Montenegro @ 10,594414
