What do I have to delete?

You have to delete the very first and very last columns in the .F file (as those are the ones that correspond to NE Euro and Volga-Ural). You also have to delete those two component names in the test.txt file and change the .par file to the right settings. Of course the same rules apply to any other component you want to remove.

To expand on this edit the test.txt and delete the populations your removed and in the test.par file reduce the number in the second line to the new number of populations you are running.
