no, most of the baltic component has nothing to do with slavs in origins in south slavs, the slavic expansion is way overestimated in the balkans were most people look nothing slavic.
Also, albanians score high first pop cause they are usually modeled as something else like bulgarians, greeks, not albanian directly.

There are not any Albanian samples on EUROGENES K13 calculator hence the distance.

It depends on the Oracle. Some calcs I get Italian, Tuscan and North Italian as first and Albanian. One can pretty much argue which calc is more accurate or it depends on the samples that were used. Same for these pca maps.

I would like more people from my area tested. I suspect the area is as northern shifted as Albanians of Montenegro and some North Albanian areas.

Sure. I will post what tests my father had as well. He is from Diber on both sides. My mom is from Puka, with her mother from Shkoder and paternal grandmother from Montenegro. I have my moms results too. I will separate them individually so its not cluttered.
