Here is a I1 Montenegrin from NW Montenegro. He posted before Eurogenes K13 and K15 were out, but he posted results of lots of other calculators.

These are outdated calculators and I don't know if they have been updated since 2012 or not, but this guy is much closer to me than the mentioned woman. He seems only slightly southern shifted than the Serbian average.

Looks like he has lot of Slavic ancestry. Always presumed villagers would be more Slavic than your average city folk.

Mortimer and impaler are half way in between c Greek and lezgin if I recall, distant from 10. 10 also scores 0 percent south Asian on gedmatch.

Impaler says he is not part Romani.

He has also told me he is not part Romani. Seems to me it is likely Turkic ancestry that pulls Impaler east (he has zero South Asian on 23andMe).
