I am fully Ashkenazi. And edit your name from the G25 coordinates, stupid.

Have you used R before?

Either way, the results you'll get from R if you follow the instructions in the email will be the same results you pasted. The use from those coordinates is that you now get to create your own calculators and use G25 calculators made by others. I ran your dad's coordinates through some simple Jewish calculators I made. The reason it won't work is because you have spaces in the top line of the scaled coordinates for some reason: i.e "PC1 2" , while it should be "PC12"; same goes for "PC2 2".

No, your dad isn't only 1/7th Judean. When interpreting this calculator, you need to be aware of the changing dynamics of the Levant. Your father comes out roughly half/a bit over half Judean. This is because all of CZE and ITA counts towards European input, while some of Empuries and arguably a little bit of Mozabite counts towards Judean. The source of Malyasia is debatable and the other categories all count toward Judean. What I'm saying is debatable, but a large portion counts toward Judean either way.

Have you used R before?

Either way, the results you'll get from R if you follow the instructions in the email will be the same results you pasted. The use from those coordinates is that you now get to create your own calculators and use G25 calculators made by others. I ran your dad's coordinates through some simple Jewish calculators I made. The reason it won't work is because you have spaces in the top line of the scaled coordinates for some reason: i.e "PC1 2" , while it should be "PC12"; same goes for "PC2 2".

No, your dad isn't only 1/7th Judean. When interpreting this calculator, you need to be aware of the changing dynamics of the Levant. Your father comes out roughly half/a bit over half Judean. This is because all of CZE and ITA counts towards European input, while some of Empuries and arguably a little bit of Mozabite counts towards Judean. The source of Malyasia is debatable and the other categories all count toward Judean. What I'm saying is debatable, but a large portion counts toward Judean either way.

You'll find a lot of threads on this forum and others with various G25 calculators and related PCAs. And the AJ reference I used is different than the one normally used. I used the average of the 471 academic Ashkenazim.
