i read somewhere for that research they tested only people whose all ancestors in the last 3 generations lived in that country.

Bulgarians are 20% East Med on average, so they're obviously the "swarthiest" Slavs out there genetically. I think Kaspias said 30% Baltic is the highest percentage in Bulgaria, isn't it?

Anatolian admixture would shift one more southeastern than this, imo. Kayra is half Sandzak muslim (identify as Bosniak though) half Balkan Turk so can be taken as a reference point for such admixtures.
