The great Yamnaya ladder

Many of the orientals will have higher of the yamnaya component, because their higher amount of chg, which yamnaya can get in signifcant amounts. As other members said, model it with some other steppe/european shifted component with much lower CHG admix(dont remember much the names of these reference groups and dont want to write the names down even) and their yamnaya admix will be lower. However if we look at the distance to the yamnaya between all these groups, the non-europeans would be further from yamnayas compared to europeans(except maybe far southern groups....)

Kura Axes is all CHG so I'm not worried for that. plus, this model is made by Polako, I think the guy knows this kind of stuff best. I'll wait until he finds a better model if this isn't good enough (though I think it is).

the difference in looks comes from the other half - in Europe you get the other half a mix of Anatolian Farmer and WHG while in Asia you get the other half CHG, Indian (Dravidian), Mongolic etc.

I doubt she is 100% just because both parents are Siberian doesn't mean her entire ancestry is. in the two bottom pics she is wearing heavy makeup and the top she looks native American not white.
