Map is shit and anachronistic, both the territories of Celts and Germans are inaccurate.

But a lot of territory in Poland today was actually Germanic, especially before the Slavic migration/invasion. The Goths were Germanic.

I'm talking about half of Poland being Celtic(it was most likely not) or the Celtic border being too South in Germany and France. Also the non-Celts in Pannonia and Southern Germany/Alps are placed very weirld. Also there should be Celts in Spain.

Germanics and slavs are pretty alike and have always been neighbors to each other. Lusatian culture balto-slavic? Based on what exactly? We could speculate it was Satem but we have no reason to believe it comes from the Balto-Slavic branch.
