Not for all groups of Iran. But Persians (especially southern ones) can score some african. Bandaris and arabs score more. Turks and Caspians usually don't score african.

You are most certainly Z93, that's the Asian branch of R1a, i.e. Indo-Aryan. It is said to have come to Iran and Central Asia from the Russian/Kazakh Steppe.
