Yes, like I said, if you want to look at Swedes without any Finnish admixture at all, the southernmost areas of Götaland are the best to go. They are the most far away from Finns on Single Population Sharing.

Quite the distance between north and south

I would def say so. All of Götaland(the green area in your map above) scores the same and they score basically identical to Danes and Norwegians.
There are also regions in Northern and Central Sweden that don't seem to have much or any Finnish admix.
Like Närke. I have many kits from Närke, they score basically like this.
Spoiler!
Several western regions like Jämtland, Härjedalen and even southern parts of Lappland seem to be very South Swedish/Norwegian-like.

I see some samples above are 1-3% Red Sea. Obviously that ain't real Jewish or Arab ancestry but still remarkable. Like my Northeastern Russian mother. Probably a GEDmatch glitch or something like that.

Is it fair or correct to say that modern Swedes for the Svealand are about 20% Uralic?

Lol, why. Even the most Northern Russian is never 20% Mongoloid unless a person is ethnically mixed and simply identifies as whatever they feel like. What kind of question is that? And since when are Finland Finns majority "Uralic" racially (if there is such a thing as a "Uralic race")? They are 5-10% East Eurasian only.
