Capatz posted thread about his results. He claims to be full Romanian from Romanian Moldova. I don't know which county/town, Carpatz and maybe Aspirin do so they can say.

I find it strange that a moldovan romanian gets Montenegro under the balkan category and not Romania - his country (even if it's before the update). Are you sure this result is real? I mean if it's that of a romanian and specifically his?
