(im only responding tho the underlined question i leave the others question the somebody else that will respond tho you)
the "Saudis" (you mean the Ummayads caliphate and the Arabs right ?) after the great mostly kharidjite/ibadi Berbers revolt (where the basic of Maghreb independent Islamic history start) did not really originally impact the region (although a very minority may have like the Idrisid dynasty of morocco in early medieval maghreb history).
however according tho historian (and some later who visited the region) the hilalians (Hidjaz Najd region in Arabia) and maqil (somewhere unknown in Yemen) where recorded tho live in the Maghreb after there semi-failed migrating invasion and defeat by the Almohads Berbers others later visitors/historians (of the mostly renaissance or later period all tho the colonial time of Africa) recorded the presence of Arabs/Arabs tribes in the region (regardless of whatsoever these Arabs come from although some have mentioned they come from the 11century hilalians maqil invasion) now whatsoever these Arabs left any dna in the Maghreb region is unknown tho me (i don't really know when it's come tho genetics thing/don't know)
