I noticed that the Vahaduo tools results make more sense when you use ADD DIST COL with all the calculators : 0.25x, 0.5x, 1x than with ADD DIST. COL-NO

It is not very good in our case. I also just checked the spreadsheet in Gedmatch for K13 and K15, how Greek_Thessaly score can be equal to Thracian Greeks? lol.

Why did I lose my Greek percentage and got Turkish Trabzon in K15?

Greek references are the same. I added Turkish Trabzon simply (and few other regional Turkish refs from newer datasest). Probably it is most likely turkified Pontian Greek this is why it popped out.
