I included only pure Dalmatian and BiH Croats that I know for 100% what they are. Also included some TA members samples like that of Ljubic's father.

If you want to use any samples I posted, I just want to point out they are all 100% pure Croats and not guesses based on their surname or mixed with Serb or whatever.

Anyways, I think there should be two South Croat averages.

There should be "South_Croat1" for people in the Max Soldo (Baltic shited) cluster and "South_Croat2" for people in the Insuperable (Med/Balkan shifted) cluster.

The South Croats in the second cluster seem to be much more numerous in my experience (they usually get Serbian as their top population). These two populations are pretty genetically distinct so grouping them together doesn't seem right to me. I think the sample size for Croats in the first cluster are not that large and there shouldn't be confusion on distinguishing them. What do you think about splitting them up?

My average is made of both. I don't know. These Serbian shifted are probably of Vlach origins. Those Baltic shifted should be pre-Ottoman southern Croats.
