Ceca is 1/4 Gypsy origin as far as I know. She is not called "Serbian mother" because of music or origin but from time when she was married for Arkan, Serbian military commander from 90s so he managed to make her a star. And most important nobody took that nickname for serious.

Do you have that results? It would be interesting to see them.

She does not have any known gypsy ancestry.

And that is actually "unofficial" version.

Besides that, for having such wide spread average in a population for any component it needs to be ancient enough. All those components are probably more ancient in Serbian dna than Gypsies on Balkan.
The same thing i typed could be applied to Hungarians, Romanians and Bulgarians.
Serbia has supposedly about 140000-500000 Gypsies which is a huge number and mixing obviously occured at some point or else they wouldnt be partly Balkan genetically.
Not sure why you mentioned Ustase, I havent ment any offense with my post.

I think it's not same result as Ford posted. I think Nikšićain whose K13 Ford posted has little less Baltic than this one, but also over 30%.
Nikšićani are definitely most northern and "Slavic" shifted Montenegrins, significant more northern/"Slavic" than Montenegrin average.

They usually have some West Asian admixture but lacking Slavic and northern.
That means they picked it up somewhere else, not here.

Gypsies in Serbia are "citizens" of third order. Vast majority of them live isolated in own settlements. Serbs and other people in Serbia see Gypsies as alien people different in every sense, and often as subhumans.

I just need to fix this what Pribislav said since this may sounds wrong. They are normal citizens of this country in the Constitution with all rights and obligations. He speaks about how other people, Serbs in this case, see them as foreign.
