It's pointless to claim anything imo. Yes PIE were more like Europeans, but the Indo-Europeans ancestral to Asian groups are not ancestral to Europeans. This is what matters. Proto Indo-Iranians shouldn't be "claimed" by Europeans as they are only the ancestors of Iranians and Central Asians etc.

Some people claim Zarathustra was born in Chelyabinsk oblast, Russia. That's where the Sintashta river flows. I hear some Russian "neo-Nazis" go there to reconnect with their supposed Aryan roots. Even swastikas are sold there

The fuck are "Ancient russians"? Russians or as you put it "Ancient Russians" had nothing to do with Indo-Iranians nor with the formation of the Indo-Iranian identity. Most slavs, including Russians barely show any significant Scythian-like admix.

You admited here that your thread about high amount of East Meds among Serbs was trolling https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...=1#post6571543

Well, I'm not being serious. You and Moody attacked me first and derailed the thread.
I am an Indo-European though, so I can talk about da Steppe

By the way, will we see your 23andme and Gedmatch any time soon?

It is generally agreed upon that Zarathustra was born in the South Russian steppes during the Iranian Heroic Age around 1500BC.

Hello, so I've noticed that this thread is very active so I would like to share my results if you don't mind. Basically I am majority Dalmatian and I suspect some Italian and Vlach influence due to the very high west med and low north atlantic I have, also plenty of croatized Italian surnames. I also have relatives on 23andme from Southern Italy(mainly Abruzzo), but since my Baltic is in the Croatian average I don't think I have much Italian ancestry. I have no Albanian or Greek ancestry, don't have and DNA relatives with them either so Arbanasi aren't a part of my ancestry. According to 23andme my ancestry comes from Dalmatia and border of Bosnia and Croatia(where my father is from) but almost all of that part of the family migrated from Dalmatia. Thank you and again, I know I am not Serbian by nationality so it isn't my place to post here.

    Just a 26.6% European individual

    G25 "26.6% Austrian:Austria6 + 73.4% Romanian:G408" "0.0096"
