You're just spouting stereotypes about Vaslui, you know nothing about it. I have deep family connections to the area and the Southern half of Moldova in general.
My mom comes from a rural family, not a poor one but not a rich one either. I know very well where the average sits in all respects.

@ixulescu
Romania is this: when I was a kid I was wiping with leaves and the toilet was either an outhouse either the cornfield - and so it was for most Romanians in the early 1990s. a few guys on a forum try to give people the impression Romanians spend their time on the internet, discussing culture... lol... people are falling on the street of hunger in Romania and we discuss of their "identity"we are shit-poor bro, let's make peace and go to better topics. you know why I love the low level of civilization us Romanians are on? because it puts us closer to our ancestors than to today's people, especially arrogant Westerners - their civilization is more alien to us than Papuans. I like to feel connected to our forefathers and to their way of life. when I was a kid Romania was middle ages with electricity. now it is middle ages with electricity and internet - and that's awesome. let's not spoil it. I've seen London and Bruxelles, we are way better off this way

no immigration but local welfare seekers have 5.2 kids/woman so they will double with each generation. in the end they'll be majority and Romanians will mix in (some already do it). meanwhile most women date and marry foreigners (Italians, Greeks and Arabs especially). except for a few city downtowns and a few suburbs, Romania looks socially and economically apocalyptic

Again you're painting an unrealistic picture. Romania has many faults, but it actually has an economy running, and somewhat working political and justice systems, unlike most of our neighbors.
You need to put this in your head, your experience in a god forsaken village is not what most Romanians go through in life.
And related to this is what I don't understand about you. You finished a college degree - why the fuck didn't you migrate, instead of feeding on sour grapes, like you do here everyday.
