I think adding Kajkavian/NW average to this one (Zagreb, Split; BiH) will make it more realistic.
Because all these are southern Croat, Zagreb average is pretty similar to them too and lot of people there have southern roots.

Could be regular Herz. Croat who just happened to inherit weirdly high south asian trough recombination. Checking matches would be beneficial if we had kit of this sample.

Thanks, I now saved real Bosnia average, will send these to Lukas and maybe will add to academic average Kajkavian average?
I don't think Slavic and Morlach cluster need to be added as Split average is basically between them.

What about Bosnian Serb average, how many samples and from where, it is good? It's very Croat like.

I don't really notice that, it's almost identical to other Serbian averages. anyway it's just 4 samples from Doboj and Banja Luka. i'll make new regional Serbian avreages these days.

I am more and more thinking to delete Slavic and Morlach cluster, both are cherrypicked specific types of results, just like Bosniak Tuzla is cherrypicked specific average.
