I used this feature in Eurogenes K15, as this calculator on Admixture Studio uses my old regional samples for Romania (The average sample for R. Moldova is the same as on Eurogenes K13) and many other updated samples for other ethnicities.

Romania_South = Wallachia (Muntenia + Oltenia + Dobruja)
Romania_Ne = North Moldova (Suceava + Botosani + Neamt + Iasi)
Romania_Se = South Moldova (Bacau + Vaslui + Vrancea + Galati)
Romania_Nw = North Transylvania (Cluj + Mures + Maramures + Bihor)
Romania_Sw = South Transylvania (Timis + Arad + Alba + Hunedoara)

Example with my data:

I will probably do a K15 run on academic samples after this.

By the way, for those who don't know, we are not sure if these samples labeled as "Straseni" come from there necessarily.
The authors of the study are looking into this right now, but the preliminary opinion is that Straseni is either the middle point for all samples collected from all over the country, or just an arbitrary location without any connection to the samples.

On this map is clearly seen who is mixed, and who is not.

The Moldavian average itself is mixed, so it's hard to tell.
I'd guess those between Serbian and Moldavian are the purest for X region. Is this your conclusion too?
Southern samples from Stefan Voda and Cahul will plot in the Romanian-Bulgarian range.
