I decided to buy the upgrade a few days ago =) and I've been having fun with it, I was especially interested in seeing more deep dive matches. I'm excited to see what else they add in the future, and It's always fun to look at everyone else's results too....![]()

It is fun isn't it. Take it all with a pinch of salt though especially the Deep Dive results, set the cM and SNP slider to around 7cM and 200-500 SNP respectively, this should give you a more realistic DNA relationship to the samples.
After looking at the latest update MTA have removed the cM slider. The SNP slider remains to play around with.
I have a whole bunch of "relatives" but once I've set the SNP slider to a more realistic level, in my case 400 SNPs
This is what I get. Just the one individual.

The genetic matches seen to be pretty accurate, in my case mostly Germanic and Celtic.
And something that's really noticeable is the north/south dna separation in the posters here that use MTA.
Try Ged-Match as an alternative if you haven't done so as well. *edit* You're a senior member, obviously you know and use Ged-Match*Doh!

I did decide to play with the slider and I did lose quite a bit of deep dive matches with increasing SNP length, these are the only 2 I get at 400 SNP's which is realistic with my known ancestry.

I don't think all of the lower SNP matches are unrealistic though because my parents and my grandma's kit matches some of them too, although I definitely agree that it should all be taken with a pinch of salt and Gedmatch is definitely good for comparisons. Anyways thanks for sharing
