I "promote" the ones who are more like us. Bulgarians with 20% East Med or some Germanic-shifted Croats are less interesting to me personally.

So person with higher NA simply has less Slavic and more native input.

I forgot to say it's typical for Balkan Vlachs, Albanians and Greeks to score more North Atlantic than Baltic, and they are less Slavic people on Balkans.
Pre-Slavic Balkanites north Euro part was more NW than NE European like.

So, not really recent influence.

Yeah,in his case it is also from his native part. But in NW Croatia natives were Hallstatt Celts.
So they were pretty northern to begin with (compared to Greeks for example)
