Including Austria and Switzerland etc. I'm curious, because while we have few German members, we have tons of TA members with partial German ancestry.
Especially curious about American members who have German roots.
Mine:
Hessen (majority)
Alsace (one line)

Up to my great-great grandparent level:
-Lower Saxony
-Rozweiler, Pfalz
-Hesse
-Baden-Württemberg
-Bayern
-Bavaria
I also have a great-great grandparent who was fully British. This combination of mostly West German plus a little British places my mom as South Dutch on Eurogenes calculators.
Here is my mom's AncestryDNA result:

My most recent German Ancestry is from Northern Switzerland and Alsace if you don't count Norman/British. I also have ancestry from Dutch Flanders, Prussia (Warsaw) and Hessen.
Northern Germany, but I was "established" in Hoyerswerda![]()
